CST was recommended to me following a serious injury to my left shoulder. Lauren correctly diagnosed the problem and her diagnosis was later confirmed via a ultrasound scan. Lauren's positive support treatment and exercise regime has enabled me to recover from this injury were a tendon in my shoulder became detached from the bone. A surgeon thought this injury was not operable. So Lauren has been invaluable to my recovery and I am very grateful for all her support.
